CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations & reschedules may be charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of that booked service. This will not be applied to your next appointment & must be paid before re-booking. No call no shows may be charged a non-refundable fee of 100% of that booked service. This will not be applied to your next appointment & must be paid before re-booking. No call no showing may result in no longer being accepted on books. Upon booking online you are asked to enter a credit or debit card - therefore you are giving me permission to charge your card on file.
